Location feels isolated after dark!!! No staff or services available!!! Very limited evening activities!!! Some aspects of the hotel are outdated, and it lacks a vibrant atmosphere!!!

Location: the hotel was close to Thailand, and the island. The atmosphere created was special.

Views appeared to be not so nice.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini fridge bar, a microwave, and air conditioning in the villa. The staff were AMICABLE and helpful and the location was beautiful in the middle of the city. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from a massive mosque.

Best stay ever!

Our villa with a private pool was insane! Super comfy and exactly what we needed for our getaway. The outdoor dining area was a bonus for breakfast. Only tricky part was the service took a bit to respond at times. Still, loved how they really cared about us overall.

We had an amazing breakfast by the pool in reusable containers, much respect for that eco-friendly approach, really nice touch. Also loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, I made pizza and they even had a big stylish fridge.

It was pricey but still worth every penny.

The service was really considerate, we had no complaints, it was exactly what we needed. Our room was separate which was great, and we had a beautiful view of the garden. the location was awesome, we were pretty close to a cool observation wheel 🎡.

Booked this place for a 2-day getaway and it was a very comfortable experience. the staff were friendly and outstanding. We enjoyed the complimentary concierge service and free ironing. the hilltop location was fantastic and convenient for exploring the island and Lamai Beach.
